Anthony was a real world life saver! He arrived in JUST 5 MINUTES after our key broke in our door, with a plan made in seconds after the issue was explained. The fix was just as quick, and without any damage or fuss. To top it off, he was gave us useful advice for the future, and was a great guy as well! AD is a real professional and goes the extra mile for customer service. Anthony is an amazing fellow, from initial phonecall to the door open took no more than 40 minutes and that includes a 35 minute journey!!! The man is a wizard I tell you and have added him to my phone book. Look nowhere else, AD locksmiths are the best.

Can't thank the gentleman enough who turned up at our door at 9:30pm within 10mins of receiving our message! Rang at 11:15pm on a Saturday night after I got locked out and I was back inside 25 minutes later. Fast, reliable service and the guy was very nice.

The locksmith arrived just 25 minutes after I called, which was incredibly fast. The price was the cheapest on the market, and he fitted a brilliant lock in just 20 minutes! He clearly knew his trade inside and out. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the experience. And, not 1 or 2 but 5 keys!! Highly recommended!

Not a situation I wanted to find myself in needing an emergency locksmith but I can not fault the service Anthony gave. Emergency call out for a broken front door, nightmare! Never needed a locksmith before so we were prepared for the worst having heard horror stories. I contacted Anthony when I was locked out of our flat in Heaton due to a faulty door. He arrived within five minutes and efficiently got us back inside without causing any damage, all while wearing a smile. After gaining entry, he also performed a temporary fix on the door to prevent the same issue from happening again. I highly recommend his services!

Very lovely guy! Responded to my post-midnight SOS within 15 minutes and spent two hours trying to fix my tricky problem. Eventually since the problem did not appear solvable he replaced my lock for free. Despite it being 3am he was polite, professional and friendly throughout. A genuinely lovely person and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend his services in the future.

AD locksmithing was amazing for us last night. It was gone midnight on a Sunday night and our lock was jammed and could not get in. He was the only person that answered the phone from the 24/7 locksmiths we found online and the only person who came out to us. He was with us within 15 minutes and we were in our flat within the hour, with no damage done to the door. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Anthony is professional and responds immediately and ensures ID and proof of address before beginning work. Unfortunately lost my keys on train coming home from work not realising until midnight. AD Locksmiths (Anthony) came the same day as calling (within 20 mins) to change 4 door locks, a back gate yale lock, and 6 window locks. Service was affordably priced and quick. Would highly recommend.

Put in a request for quotes and Anthony contacted me within minutes described my concers with the door, I was put at ease straight away the appointment was booked straight away for a quote no stings attached for assessment with a polite text appointment confirmation, on arrival Anthony was very honest and a very reasonable price, very efficient and polite with a 12 month warranty on the job, even went the extra mile giving expert advice on another door he said was not ready to fix yet, got a quote from another firm more expensive and I don't think we would of got the service we did, brilliant

Quick response, reliable and professional. We called AD Locksmithing as our UPVC door mechanism had failed and locked the front door shut. We were given a fair quote over the phone and Anthony arrived within a couple of hours. Anthony was very friendly, but also focused on doing a good job. He managed to fix the door within an hour or so and also put a new lock on our back door as the key was stuck. AD Locksmithing was a lovely, polite gentleman who got in touch straight away, he came out to give us a free quote and was able to fix the part we needed fixing. He was very polite and made sure everything was up to great standard. He also gave us a year guarantee on the part we needed fixing.
