No charge for a call out, and when he had looked at the job(repairing a lock in a UPC door) he gave us possible options and the costs associated with each option. I am extremely happy, my lock was fixed the same day, he went above and beyond, he didnt just fix my lock, he tightened all the screws and I no longer have a gap around the door and he noticed the latch on my front gate was loose so he sorted that out. After he did an initial assessment he came back with the correct part and spent several hours coaxing the jammed lock until it was opened. Door wasn't damaged in the process either.
