Antony helped me out in a bind - he was here within half an hour and within about five minutes of arriving, had popped my door open! Was lovely and friendly on the phone, really reasonable price and gave me his card afterwards in case I’m ever forgetful enough to do it again - today was a bad day but I’m back in my house, thank you!

Emergency call out for a broken front door, nightmare! Never needed a locksmith before so we were prepared for the worst having heard horror stories. Couldn’t have been more wrong, same day response, great communication, replaced the broken part and we’re secure again! Amazing value and service. Would give 6 stars if we could.

I contacted Anthony when I was locked out of our flat in Heaton due to a faulty door. He arrived within five minutes and efficiently got us back inside without causing any damage, all while wearing a smile. After gaining entry, he also performed a temporary fix on the door to prevent the same issue from happening again. I highly recommend his services!

Very lovely guy! Responded to my post-midnight SOS within 15 minutes and spent two hours trying to fix my tricky problem. Eventually since the problem did not appear solvable he replaced my lock for free. Despite it being 3am he was polite, professional and friendly throughout. A genuinely lovely person and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend his services in the future.

AD locksmithing was amazing for us last night. It was gone midnight on a Sunday night and our lock was jammed and could not get in. He was the only person that answered the phone from the 24/7 locksmiths we found online and the only person who came out to us. He was with us within 15 minutes and we were in our flat within the hour, with no damage done to the door. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Anthony is professional and responds immediately and ensures ID and proof of address before beginning work. Unfortunately lost my keys on train coming home from work not realising until midnight. AD Locksmiths (Anthony) came the same day as calling (within 20 mins) to change 4 door locks, a back gate yale lock, and 6 window locks. Service was affordably priced and quick. Would highly recommend.

Put in a request for quotes and Anthony contacted me within minutes described my concers with the door, I was put at ease straight away the appointment was booked straight away for a quote no stings attached for assessment with a polite text appointment confirmation, on arrival Anthony was very honest and a very reasonable price, very efficient and polite with a 12 month warranty on the job, even went the extra mile giving expert advice on another door he said was not ready to fix yet, got a quote from another firm more expensive and I don't think we would of got the service we did, brilliant

Quick response, reliable and professional. We called AD Locksmithing as our UPVC door mechanism had failed and locked the front door shut. We were given a fair quote over the phone and Anthony arrived within a couple of hours. Anthony was very friendly, but also focused on doing a good job. He managed to fix the door within an hour or so and also put a new lock on our back door as the key was stuck. The new locks came with 5 new keys which was very handy, We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend AD Locksmithing!

AD Locksmithing was a lovely, polite gentleman who got in touch straight away, he came out to give us a free quote and was able to fix the part we needed fixing. He was very polite and made sure everything was up to great standard. He also gave us a year guarantee on the part we needed fixing. This is a great business in my opinion, highly recommend. I was in trouble at work, 0900 and the only door lock broken, oh and its minus 5 (honestly) you know, one of those mornings! Excellent service. My husband called Anthony out on Saturday afternoon. He came out Monday am. He knew the lock needed replaced. I suspected it did. There was no pressure to change the lock as the old one still worked. (This was because a key snapped inside. ) It didn’t take long to replace the old lock.it was easier to get it done there and then. Anthony is very nice and has a polite manor about him. He said if there were any more problems with the new lock to call him out free of charge. Prices are reasonable for the work done. I would highly recommend him.
