Anthony was so nice and helpful and had the best price that I asked if he could do the work. He came almost immediately to check out the job, was polite and asked if he needed to remove his shoes. Reviewed the job and told us he would get the part and be able to fit it there and then. Within the space of an half an hour he had the part (which was difficult to source as it was a complexed job) and started the work. He was great conversation, honest and lovely, walking my partner through the job as he went. He did an extra bit of work that wasn't part of the original plan, but just out of good nature.
